The Executive Secretariat is constituted with the aim of serving the administrative and secretarial needs of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is comprised of the following departments:

- The Secretariat of the Supervisory Council
- The Administrative Department
- The Department of Financial Affairs
The head of the Executive Secretariat is selected by the Supervisory Council.
